We collect the email address and display name you provide when creating an account, the leagues and teams you create or join, buy-in and payout amounts, and payment status records. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — Champs Vault never stores card numbers.
Your information is used to run your leagues: showing what you owe, tracking who has paid, calculating payouts, and sending winnings to the bank account you connect. We also use it to send you transactional notices such as payment confirmations and payout status updates.
Members of a league can see league details, member names, and payment status for that league. Commissioners can see the same information for leagues they manage. Email addresses are not shown to other league members. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Buy-ins and payouts are processed by Stripe. When you connect a bank account for payouts, that information is collected and stored by Stripe under their privacy practices, not by Champs Vault.
League and payout records are retained so finalized seasons stay auditable for all participants. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us; records required for financial reconciliation may be retained where legally necessary.
