You need one Champs Vault account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. A single account can commission some leagues and play as a member in others.
Commissioners set the buy-in, league size, and payout splits, and are responsible for the accuracy of those settings, for declaring the correct winners, and for the fairness of their league's rules. Champs Vault does not arbitrate league disputes.
Buy-ins are collected through our payment processor. Payout requests are reviewed before funds are released, and payouts are sent to the bank account each winner connects. Payout totals must equal the amount collected for the league. Processing times depend on your bank and the payment processor.
Once a season is finalized and a payout request is submitted, buy-ins are no longer refundable through Champs Vault. Before finalization, refund questions should be raised with your commissioner.
Do not use Champs Vault for unlawful activity, or in a jurisdiction where fantasy league entry fees or prize distribution are prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may suspend accounts or leagues that violate these terms.
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep records accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from league outcomes, delays by payment providers, or interruptions in service.
